Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

A hybrid lentivirus-transposon vector for safer gene therapy [PDF]
Gene therapy vectors based on the HIV-1 lentivirus are an attractive option for clinical applications because they enter a broad range of target cells efficiently and deliver stable gene expression through integration into host chromosomes.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

Establishment of Stable Knockdown of MACC1 Oncogene in Patient-Derived Ovarian Cancer Organoids
High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) remains the most lethal gynecological malignancy, and there is still an unmet medical need to deepen basic research on its origins and mechanisms of progression.

Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids
Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and

Efficient in vitro transduction of naive murine B cells with lentiviral vectors [PDF]
The aim of this study was to determine the impact of lentiviral transduction on primary murine B cells. Studying B cell activities in vivo or using them for tolerance induction requires that the cells remain unaltered in their biological behavior except ...

m6A‐Mediated Glycolysis by IL‐37 Drives T Cell Metabolic Reprogramming to Regulate Colitis
This study identifies an IL‐37/SIGIRR‐METTL14 regulatory axis that suppresses global m6A modification in CD4+ T cells. IL‐37 signaling, mediated through SIGIRR, inhibits IRAK4 and JNK phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of the methyltransferase METTL14.

Metastasis remains a major challenge in colorectal cancer. Using an in vivo shRNA screening system, this study identifies Homeobox D4 as a key metastasis suppressor. Reduced Homeobox D4 expression is associated with aggressive tumor features. Functional and mechanistic analyses show that it inhibits epithelial‐mesenchymal transition by repressing ...
