Sulfated Cyclocarya Paliurus Polysaccharide Sorchestrates the Gut Microbiome to Mobilize a Host‐Derived 12‐HEPE Against Ulcerative Colitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 44, 7 August 2026.
A sulfated polysaccharide (SCP) from Cyclocarya paliurus alleviates ulcerative colitis by reshaping the gut microbiome. This remodeled microbiota orchestrates the upregulation of the host‐derived lipid 12‐HEPE, which directly inhibits the TLR4/NF‐κB pathway to suppress inflammation.

SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 47, 24 August 2026.
Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. This strategy enables effective regulation of carbohydrate digestion

Phytochemical Profiling and Biological Evaluation of Anthyllis henoniana Organs: Integrated In Vitro and Molecular Docking Insights Into Antioxidant, Anti‐Inflammatory, and Cytotoxic Potential

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 8, August 2026.
Anthyllis henoniana aerial parts were subjected to fractionated extraction. Methanolic fractions yielded high total phenolic and flavonoid contents with strong antiradical (anti‐DPPH) and neuroprotective (anti‐AChE) activities, whereas dichloromethane and cyclohexane fractions demonstrated potent cytotoxicity (anti‐MCF‐7, anti‐HCT‐116) and anti ...

New Insights Into Immunomodulatory Strategies for Drug Hypersensitivity Reactions: An EAACI Task Force Report

open access: yesClinical and Translational Allergy, Volume 16, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Drug hypersensitivity reactions (DHRs) are a global health concern and remain challenging to investigate owing to the heterogeneity of endotypes and phenotypes, as well as the lack of standardized biomarkers. Until recently, strict drug avoidance was the only management strategy for severe DHRs.

Identification and Validation of Metabolic Hub Genes Using WGCNA and Prognostic Risk Modeling in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

open access: yesCancer Reports, Volume 9, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aggressive and molecularly heterogeneous hematologic malignancy associated with poor clinical outcomes, particularly in elderly and high‐risk patients. Increasing evidence suggests that metabolic reprogramming plays a critical role in leukemia progression, immune dysregulation, and therapeutic ...
