Diagnosis of Acute Hemolytic Transfusion Reaction Caused by Cold Reactive Anti‐P1 Antibody: A Case Report

A 65‐year‐old patient developed acute hemolytic transfusion reaction (AHTR) after receiving P1‐positive red blood cells.
