Linear active disturbance rejection control for a raceway photobioreactor
Control Engineering Practice, 2019Abstract In this paper, the problem of pH regulation in photobioreactors has been addressed by using a robust Proportional–Integral controller in combination with a linear active disturbance rejection approach. This formulation is based on the Generalized Proportional–Integral (GPI) observers design to estimate online external disturbances and non ...

Attitude control for spacecraft based on linear active disturbance rejection control technique
2015 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation, 2015This paper studies the problem of attitude control for spacecraft with parameter uncertainties and unknown external disturbance. A linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) with three channels for attitude control for spacecraft is designed to actively compensate for the disturbance and improve the system robustness.

Non-Linearization Simulation Research of Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Controller
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013The characteristics of PID controller, Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) and Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (LADRC) are introduced in the paper, then the parts which can be improved are analyzed, which leads to the topic of balancing linear and nonlinear elements in controller.

An autonomous steering approach based on linear active disturbance rejection control
2018 IEEE 14th International Conference on Control and Automation (ICCA), 2018Automatically driving vehicle’s steering control is investigated. The problem is simplified as a dynamic model of wheeled mobile robot, and a linear active disturbance rejection controller is designed to make the robot reach the desired direction angle. Root locus method is used to tune the parameters of the controller.

Position control of a linear ultrasonic motor: An active disturbance rejection approach
2018 15th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computing Science and Automatic Control (CCE), 2018This paper presents a general overview of the theory and operation of Linear Ultrasonic Motors (LUMs). A nominal linear model of the LUM is used to perform the parametric estimation. Subsequently, with the estimated parameters, two controllers are designed to carry out the nano-positioning using a Proportional-Derivative (PD) controller plus a ...

Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control Design for Single-Phase UPS Inverters
IECON 2021 – 47th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2021This paper presents a step-by-step analysis of the Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control (LADRC) for single-phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) application. In UPS application, the regulated output voltage with low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) under different load conditions and disturbances is the desirable. To achieve this goal, LADRC

Quadrotor modeling and control based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control
2016 35th Chinese Control Conference (CCC), 2016This paper investigates an integrated process for design of the control system of a small quadrotor. A twelve degree of freedom dynamic model of the oblique cross quadrotor is first established. Then, to cope with the quadrotor's nonlinear and under-actuated characteristics, Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) systems are designed. Moreover, to

Ship tracking control based on linear active disturbance rejection control
2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing, 2012Owing to ship's high inertia, strong time lag, non-linearity and under-actuated characteristics, as well as sustaining external disturbances frequently, designing a high performance ship tracking controller is still one of the most important research topics of ship motion control.

Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control Based on UKF Identification
2018 IEEE CSAA Guidance, Navigation and Control Conference (CGNCC), 2018To improve the estimation result of the linear extended state observer (LESO), we propose a linear active disturbance rejection control strategy based on the UKF identification. We use the UKF identification method to identify the unknown parameters of the system model and the controller gain $\mathrm {b}_{0}$ of the linear active disturbance rejection
