Composition‐Aware Cross‐Sectional Integration for Spatial Transcriptomics
Multi‐section spatial transcriptomics demands coherent cell‐type deconvolution, domain detection, and batch correction, yet existing pipelines treat these tasks separately. FUSION unifies them within a composition‐aware latent framework, modeling reads as cell‐type–specific topics and clustering in embedding space.

Management of linear quadratic regulator optimal control with full-vehicle control case study
Linear quadratic regulator is a powerful technique for dealing with the control design of any linear and nonlinear system after linearization of the system around an operating point. For small systems, which have fewer state variables, the transformation

F100 multivariable control synthesis program: Evaluation of a multivariable control using a real-time engine simulation [PDF]
The design, evaluation, and testing of a practical, multivariable, linear quadratic regulator control for the F100 turbofan engine were accomplished. NASA evaluation of the multivariable control logic and implementation are covered.

The authors develop a deep learning model for real‐time tracking of wound progression. The deep learning framework maps the nonlinear evolution of a time series of images to a latent space, where they learn a linear representation of the dynamics. The linear model is interpretable and suitable for applications in feedback control.

Parametric Analysis of Spiking Neurons in 16 nm Fin Field‐Effect Transistor Technology
Energy efficient computing has driven a shift toward brain‐inspired neuromorphic hardware. This study explores the design of three distinct silicon neuron topologies implemented in 16 nm fin field‐Effect transistor technology. While the Axon‐Hillock design achieves gigahertz throughput, its functional fragility persists. The Morris–Lecar model captures

Asynchronous Heterogeneous Linear Quadratic Regulator Design
We address the problem of designing an LQR controller in a distributed setting, where M similar but not identical systems share their locally computed policy gradient (PG) estimates with a server that aggregates the estimates and computes a controller that, on average, performs well on all systems. Learning in a distributed setting has the potential to

The Optimal Linear Quadratic Feedback State Regulator Problem for Index One Descriptor Systems [PDF]
In this note we present both necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a linear static state feedback controller if the system is described by an index one descriptor system. A priori no definiteness restrictions are made w.r.t.
