Chd4/NuRD and ThPOK cooperate to maintain transcriptional repression and nuclear organization in adult cardiomyocytes. Chd4 loss reduces miR‐150‐5p, relieving repression of Sprr1a, while ThPOK loss further enhances Sprr1a activation, possibly through altered chromatin–lamina interactions.

Wee1 kinase differentially regulates maize CDKA2;1a and CDKB1;1
In eukaryotes, Wee1 kinase inhibits the kinase activity of CDK/Cyc complexes through phosphorylation of a conserved residue in the CDK moiety. Wee1 is also present in plants, but has been scarcely studied. We have studied maize Wee1 regulation of CDKA/CycD2;2a or CDKB/CycD2;2a complexes.

Working So Hard: Double‐Stranded RNAs That Can Perform Both Gene Activation and Gene Silencing
Working so hard: STING saRNAs are capable of not only entering the nucleus to induce subsequent target gene upregulation, but can also act as an siRNA to perform gene silencing. Chemical modifications in saRNA guide and passenger strands affect the strength of gene activation or gene silencing activity.

Training Preschool Staff to Collect Descriptive Assessment Data Using a Decision‐Making Model
ABSTRACT Function‐based interventions are commonly employed by behavioral practitioners to address challenging behavior sometimes displayed by individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). To select a function‐based intervention for implementation, practitioners first need conduct a functional behavior assessment (FBA).

NFIC/METTL3 negative feedback loop in NSCLC cells suppresses exosomal miR‐194‐5p via m6A methylation; reduced miR‐194‐5p deepresses ZNF106 in macrophages, promoting M2 polarization and IL‐6 secretion; Macrophage‐derived IL‐6 activates JAK2/STAT3 in NSCLC cells to upregulate METTL3, forming a positive feedback loop.

A K-Band RF-MEMS-Enabled Reconfigurable and Multifunctional Low-Noise Amplifier Hybrid Circuit
A K-band (18–26.5 GHz) RF-MEMS-enabled reconfigurable and multifunctional dual-path LNA hybrid circuit (optimised for lowest/highest possible noise figure/linearity, resp.) is presented, together with its subcircuit parts.

Passive working memory performance is associated with intrinsic connectivity among dorsal attention, control, and sensorimotor subnetworks, suggesting a baseline functional scaffolding for individual differences. ABSTRACT Passive working memory (WM) is rarely detectable because it is thought to rely less on persistent neural firing, leaving a minimal ...

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Multidrug resistance (MDR) is a major determinant of relapse‐associated mortality in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (pALL). Although miR‐326 downregulation has been associated with poor prognosis, its role in chemoresistance remains undefined. This study investigated the mechanistic contribution of miR‐326 to MDR in

Gain-Boosted X-Band GaN Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC With Y/preZ-Embedding Network
This study improves the performance of an X-band gallium nitride (GaN) low-noise amplifier (LNA) using a gain-boosting embedding network. Using a gain-plane graph, analytical expressions are derived from the Z-parameters of the transistor to determine ...
