Frequency Shaping-Based Control Framework for Reducing Motion Sickness in Autonomous Vehicles [PDF]
This study introduces a motion-sickness-reducing control strategy aimed at enhancing ride comfort in Electric Autonomous Vehicles (EAVs). For lateral control, the forward look-ahead distance was adaptively adjusted based on the Motion Sickness Dose Value

A real-time artifact reduction algorithm based on precise threshold during short-separation optical probe insertion in neurosurgery [PDF]
During neurosurgery, an optical probe has been used to guide the micro-electrode, which is punctured into the globus pallidus (GP) to create a lesion that can relieve the cardinal symptoms.

A look-ahead approach to mobile robot path tracking based on distance-only measurements [PDF]
In this paper, a path tracking controller based on distance-only measurements for nonholonomic mobile robots is presented. First, a kinematic model of the robot appropriate for path tracking applications is derived. Using a look-ahead approach, a time-varying feedback controller is proposed.
