A new exponential RCA (E‐RCA) system was developed and coupled to a toehold system for release of a bridging DNA, allowing for lateral flow detection. The E‐RCA method uses a secondary primer (P2) that binds RCA products (RCAP) to generate extended P2 products that can re‐prime a partially self‐complementary circular template, generating a complete ...

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

A high‐loading Zn single‐atom nanozyme (ZMG@CS) delivers ML‐SA5 and GOx to lysosomes. ML‐SA5 activates TRPML1 to release endogenous Zn2+, while the nanozyme provides exogenous Zn2+ and GOx‐driven acidification amplifies ROS production. Together, these effects suppress the HIF‐1α/GLUT1 axis, disrupt glucose and redox homeostasis, induce disulfidptosis ...

Schematic representation of ultrasound‐mediated ICG/siCD24@MSN‐LCD from nanostructure to synergistic sono‐gene therapy. This nanoplatform targets ASGPR via the LCD shell, which dissociates to release loaded ICG and siCD24. The core mechanism involves ultrasound‐guided sonodynamic therapy by ICG and CD24 knockdown by siCD24, both activating the p53 axis

Given that PEEK chest wall implants induce shear force at the soft tissue‐implant interface due to respiratory motion in the early in vivo post‐implantation stage. We confirmed that this mechanical stimulus triggers the PIEZO1/ITGB1/YAP1 signalling axis in L929 and the STAT6/p‐STAT6 pathway in RAW264.7, which in turn mediates adhesion and migration of ...

Canonical Antibodies Adopt Distinct Binding Modes to Recognize Viral Glycan Shields
Canonical Y‐shaped antibodies recognize viral glycan shields through adaptive Fab assembly states shaped by glycan organization and somatic hypermutation. Structural analyses ofbroadly neutralizing antibodies VRC35 and VRC36 across glycoproteins of HIV‐1, influenza, SARS‐CoV‐2, and Lassa viruses reveal distinct Fab assembly states, spanning monovalent,

Architecting Phase‐Selective Interlayers for Stable SiOx Lithium Storage via Dual‐Function Design
Silicon anodes offer high capacity but suffer severe volume expansion. Silicon monoxide (SiO) buffers expansion, yet uncontrolled lithiation irreversibly consumes lithium as Li2O and oxygen‐rich silicates. Here, we design a layered SiOx featuring a phase‐selective conductive interfacial interlayer (PSCII), i.e., a Li4SiO4‐rich, ion‐accessible ...
