TH17–Associated Polyamine Metabolism‐Guided Nanozyme Promotes Alveolar Bone Repair in Periodontitis
A pronounced TH17‐skewed immune response is identified in experimental periodontitis, and enrichment of the polyamine pathway is observed during TH17 differentiation, suggesting its potential as an immunometabolic target. Inspired by these findings, DFMO@Ui‐Mn is developed as a therapeutic platform combining cascade ROS scavenging with immunometabolic ...

Proto‐Panic Modulation by Caffeine‐Proteinoid Complexes
Caffeine–proteinoid microspheres synthesized by thermal polymerization exhibit compartmentalized drug loading with encapsulation efficiencies of 61%–82% and triphasic release kinetics. Electrochemical monitoring reveals multi‐scale oscillatory dynamics consistent with chaotic and damped harmonic behavior, while Boolean logic operations demonstrate ...

Fungal Antimicrobial Resistance: Mechanisms, Drivers, and Global Clinical Burden
ABSTRACT Fungal antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a growing concern for world health caused by an increase in multidrug‐resistant infections, an increase in environmental reservoirs, and the ineffectiveness of current antifungal treatments. Fungal infections continue to be largely excluded from AMR initiatives while causing over 1.6 million deaths ...

Experimental methods in chemical engineering: Cyclic voltammetry—CV
Abstract Cyclic voltammetry (CV) is a foundational electroanalytical technique for investigating redox behaviour and evaluating material performance across fields such as molecular electrochemistry, electrocatalysis, sensing, and energy storage. Despite its widespread use, a gap remains between formal electrochemical theory and the practical data ...

The asymmetric Co–N2O2 coordination structure was precisely constructed through the assembly of Salen COF. The high‐spin (t2g4eg3$$ {\mathrm{t}}_{2\mathrm{g}}^4{\mathrm{e}}_{\mathrm{g}}^3 $$) Co center enables Pauling‐type O2 adsorption, inhibiting the cleavage of the O–O bond. π‐d conjugation enhances charge separation and transport.

Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification for Diagnosis of Zoonotic Malaria
Zoonotic malaria, caused by Plasmodium knowlesi, Plasmodium cynomolgi, Plasmodium coatneyi, and Plasmodium inui, is a significant global health concern. The gold standard microscopy, while widely used for malaria diagnosis, faces limitations in differentiating between malaria species.
