Group characteristics for HIV status, childhood trauma status, mean relative LTL and LTL standard deviation (SD) values for all participants.

open access: yes, 2013
aAll LTL values are that of relative LTL and not absolute LTL. HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus), LTL (leukocyte telomere length), N (samples size), SD (standard deviation).

Whole‐Genome Sequencing Pilot of the Central Asian Genomic Diversity Project Reveals Distinct Histories, Adaptation, and Introgression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 53, 24 September 2026.
As a pilot phase of the Central Asian Genomic Diversity Project, whole‐genome sequencing of 166 individuals from 20 Central Asian and Afghan Hazara populations reveals fine‐scale substructure shaped by repeated trans‐Eurasian migration and admixture. Integrated analyses uncover post‐admixture adaptation, archaic introgression, and medically relevant ...

Ltl satisfiability checking

open access: yes, 2007
. We report here on an experimental investigation of LTL satisfiability checking via a reduction to model checking. By using large LTL formulas, we offer challenging model-checking benchmarks to both explicit and symbolic model checkers.

Therapeutic Outcomes in VEXAS Syndrome: A Multicenter Comparative Cohort of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Hypomethylating Agents

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, Volume 101, Issue 9, Page 2166-2176, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Hypomethylating agents (HMA) and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) have both demonstrated remissions in VEXAS; however, comparative data is lacking. We conducted a multicenter, retrospective analysis of 66 patients diagnosed with VEXAS syndrome treated with HMA (n = 35) or alloHSCT (n = 31). Baseline characteristics

Signaling Mutations Negate the Favorable Impact of NPM1 Mutations in Older Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia Treated With VEN/HMA

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, Volume 101, Issue 9, Page 2246-2257, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Frameshift mutations in exon 12 of nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1 mut) are among the most common mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and have historically been considered favorable‐risk in the absence of FLT3‐ITD. In the European LeukemiaNet (ELN) 2024 risk‐classification for patients treated with hypomethylating agents plus venetoclax (HMA + VEN)

CN Rail & TransX: Trucking's Effectiveness Complementing Rail's Efficiency

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Administrative Sciences / Revue Canadienne des Sciences de l'Administration, Volume 43, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT This case study examines the strategic acquisition of TransX (TransX Group of Companies) by CN Rail (Canadian National Railway Company) on March 20, 2019. This acquisition aimed to enhance CN Rail's capabilities, particularly in the intermodal and temperature‐controlled segments.

Mitigating Effects of Nest Structure on Predation Risk in Hainan Partridge (Arborophila ardens)

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 9, September 2026.
Enclosed nest structures can disrupt predator search efficiency and reduce predation risk. Predation rate in the uncovered group was significantly higher than that in the covered group. Our study highlights the functional limitations of nest‐structure evolution within complex predation environments.

Comparing LTL Semantics for Runtime Verification.

open access: yes, 2010
When monitoring a system w.r.t. a property defined in a temporal logic such as LTL, a major concern is to settle with an adequate interpretation of observable system events; that is, models of temporal logic formulae are usually infinite words of events,
