Clinical prognostic risk model optimization based on vascular density in neuroblastoma

Pediatric Investigation, EarlyView.
This study integrates lymphatic vessel density with the International Neuroblastoma Risk Group (INRG) risk classification to develop a more accurate clinical prognostic model for neuroblastoma, demonstrating superior discrimination, calibration, and clinical net benefit compared with the INRG risk classification alone.
