Radiotherapy‐treated tumor membranes are integrated with Mn‐MOF nanoadjuvants to generate Mn@RM, a lymph node‐draining nanovaccine that delivers radiotherapy‐remodeled antigenic components. Mn@RM enhances dendritic cell activation, amplifies T cell‐mediated antitumor immunity, and synergizes with radiotherapy and PD‐1 blockade for combination cancer ...

COMPARISON OF FLUID TRANSPORT SYSTEMS IN LYMPHATICS AND VEINS [PDF]
In the anesthetized sheep, pressure pulses generated in the feet are transmitted downstream in the veins but not in the lymphatics at normal intralymphatic pressure. When the sheep is tilted on a tilt table, gravitational changes occur in venous pressure

Impact of Lymphangiogenesis on Cardiac Remodeling After Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury
Background Lymphatic vessels interconnect with blood vessels to form an elaborate system that aids in the control of tissue pressure and edema formation. Although the lymphatic system has been known to exist in a heart, little is known about the role the

An ultrasound‐activatable piezoelectric hydrogel reprograms chondrocyte mitochondrial epigenetics via the mTOR/GATD3A axis, clearing damaged mitochondria and alleviating osteoarthritis progression in both mouse models and human cartilage explants. ABSTRACT The avascular nature of cartilage hinders drug delivery for osteoarthritis (OA) therapy.
