Tricin‐Loaded Liposomes as a Passive Targeting Nanodelivery System for Enhanced Gastric Cancer Therapy

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.
Poor aqueous solubility limits the anticancer application of tricin (TRI). TRI‐loaded liposomes (TRI@Lips) with favorable physicochemical properties are constructed. The nanoplatform improves cellular uptake, exhibits potent in vitro anti‐gastric‐cancer activity, and accumulates in tumor sites via the EPR effect to achieve dose‐dependent in vivo tumor ...

Natural Product‐Derived Vesicles in Nanotherapeutics

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 15, Issue 9, September 2026.
Natural product‐derived vesicles (NPVs) are an emerging nature‐based nanotherapeutic that can deliver bioactive metabolites into the target site and induce beneficial mechanisms. A practical, chronological bench‐to‐bedside approach throughout the entire NPV development process is expected to resolve challenges encountered in NPV studies.

Regenerative Microbiology: Harnessing Bacterial Antagonism and Spatiotemporal Signaling for Diabetic Wound Repair

open access: yesSmart Medicine, Volume 5, Issue 4, August 2026.
This review introduces “Regenerative Microbiology,” a framework that uses bacterial antagonism and phage therapy to address diabetic wound dysbiosis. By activating the p40/EGFR/PI3K axis and providing a vascular‐stratified precision roadmap, this approach shifts the paradigm from antimicrobial suppression to intelligent, microbe‐driven tissue ...
