Psycholytic therapy using d‐lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) appears safe and therapeutically effective when delivered with strong therapeutic trust, extensive preparation, and more than ten sessions. Flexible, relationally focused methods and creative integration work are associated with better outcomes and reduced adverse events.
