Education and Science without Limits Fundamental and Applied ResearchesMonitoring of the chewing marmalade market in Russia showed that in the period from 2018 to 2022 production of chewing marmalade increased by 15.4%. Our country ex-ports chewing marmalade to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Thus, in 2022, the export volume amounted to 1.9 thousand tons.
