Molecular Interfacial Regulators Enable Stable Sulfide Electrolytes for High‐Performance All‐Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Molecular surface regulation enabled by fluoropyridines stabilizes sulfide electrolyte interfaces across both reductive and oxidative regimes. By suppressing interfacial decomposition, the modified LPSClBr enables high‐voltage operation, stable stripping/plating of Li metal, and long‐life full cells with uncoated cathodes.

RAF Suppression Synergizes with MEK Inhibition in KRAS Mutant Cancer Cells

open access: yesCell Reports, 2014
KRAS is the most frequently mutated oncogene in human cancer, yet no therapies are available to treat KRAS mutant cancers. We used two independent reverse genetic approaches to identify components of the RAS-signaling pathways required for growth of KRAS

Lymphatic Abnormalities in Noonan Syndrome Extend Beyond Clinically Apparent Disease

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Lymphatic disease represents a well‐described manifestation of Noonan syndrome (NS), yet the full phenotypic spectrum remains incompletely characterized, especially in asymptomatic individuals. We conducted a cross‐sectional study including 10 individuals with NS (four with peripheral lymphedema and six without) and 10 age‐ and sex‐matched ...

Severe ADEM‐Like Neuroinflammatory Disease and Cerebrovascular Fragility With Recurrent Pseudoaneurysms and Moyamoya in a Familial Germline CBL Mutation: Expanding the Clinical Phenotype

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Heterozygous germline variants in CBL disrupt its function as a negative regulator of the Ras/MAPK pathway, classically predisposing to Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) and moyamoya. We describe two affected siblings carrying a paternally inherited CBL variant (c.1210 T> C, p.

Gut Health in Ostriches (Struthio camelus): Insights Into Intestinal Structure, Functions, Microbiome, and Improvement Strategies

open access: yesAnimal Research and One Health, EarlyView.
Our paper systematically reviews the intestinal structure, function, and microbiota of ostriches, along with strategies for improving their gut health. We analyze how these factors collectively influence intestinal homeostasis and ostrich welfare, emphasizing probiotics as a promising intervention to enhance gut health, boost population well‐being, and

Combined Medial Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty and Revision Allograft Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Combined medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with an Achilles tendon allograft offers a promising solution for young, active patients with isolated medial compartment osteoarthritis and a failed prior anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

Digital Transformation and Informal Innovation in Africa: Reframing STI Policy for Inclusive Circular Economy Transitions

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Amid increasing environmental and economic pressures, Africa's transition to a circular economy (CE) presents a vital pathway to inclusive, low‐carbon development. Yet, how digital transformation, informal innovation, and science, technology, and innovation (STI) policy readiness shape CE outcomes remains underexplored.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Drivers of Sustainability Transitions in Sub‐Saharan Africa: Why One Size Does Not Fit All

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Despite growing emphasis on sustainability transitions in developing economies, evidence remains limited on how environmental, social and governance (ESG) conditions shape sustainability outcomes in sub‐Saharan Africa (SSA). This study examines the environmental, social and governance drivers of sustainability transition performance across 39 ...
