Guidelines for Pediatric Radiotherapy Simulation: A Report From the Children's Oncology Group Radiation Oncology Discipline

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric radiation therapy presents unique challenges compared to adult treatments, including those of immobilization, potential need for sedation, and the critical importance of accurate, reproducible positioning. Additionally, heightened attention to imaging doses is necessary to minimize long‐term toxicity in survivors.

Endobronchial metastasis

open access: yesThe Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, 1993
Endobronchial metastases from nonpulmonary neoplasms are rare. Since 1971, we have treated 23 patients with endobronchial metastases, the findings for which form the basis of this article. Many types of primary tumors are capable of endobronchial metastases, although breast, colon, and renal carcinomas predominate.

Outward Movement of Targeting Ligands from a Built‐In Reserve Pool in Nuclease‐Resistant 3D Hierarchical DNA Nanocluster for in Vivo High‐Precision Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, 2022
Nanostructures made entirely of DNAs display great potential as chemotherapeutic drug carriers but so far cannot achieve sufficient clinic therapy outcomes due to off‐target toxicity. In this contribution, an aptamer‐embedded hierarchical DNA nanocluster

Recent progress in sono-photodynamic cancer therapy: From developed new sensitizers to nanotechnology-based efficacy-enhancing strategies

open access: yesActa Pharmaceutica Sinica B, 2021
Many sensitizers have not only photodynamic effects, but also sonodynamic effects. Therefore, the combination of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) using sensitizers for sono-photodynamic therapy (SPDT) provides alternative ...
