Micronucleus test on gas station attendants.
In the present study, the micronucleus test was applied in exfoliated cells of buccal mucosa to assess the mutagenicity risk associated with occupational exposure for gas station attendants. For each individual, 2000 exfoliated buccal cells were analyzed for micronucleus frequency.

Epigenomics‐guided precision oncology: Chromatin variants in prostate tumor evolution
Abstract Prostate cancer is a common malignancy that in 5%–30% leads to treatment‐resistant and highly aggressive disease. Metastasis‐potential and treatment‐resistance is thought to rely on increased plasticity of the cancer cells—a mechanism whereby cancer cells alter their identity to adapt to changing environments or therapeutic pressures to create

Tradescantia-micronucleus test on potassium dichromate
"Cuttings with inflorescences of Tradescantia clone 4430 were allowed to absorb severa1different concentrations of potassium dichromate during 6 hours and analysed 30 hoursJater. The frequencies of micronuclei (MCNs) in tetrads were more than twice thoseof the control. The relationship concentration-frequency was asymptotic."
