Chromatin Topology Reconfiguration Orchestrates Thermotolerant Male Fertility via GhAL5 in Cotton
This study investigates cotton’s high‐temperature (HT) response using multi‑omics. Dynamic 3D genome changes drive expression bias affecting male fertility. The tolerant line shows controlled chromatin dynamics, while the sensitive line exhibits overactivation.

Transient Interphase Microtubules Appear in Differentiating Sponge Cells
Microtubules are an indispensable component of all eukaryotic cells due to their role in mitotic spindle formation, yet their organization and number can vary greatly in the interphase.

Introduction: Information processing in microtubules is an open question that has not been adequately addressed. It was suggested that microtubules could store and process information in the nervous system or even support consciousness.

This work shows, for the first time, that the stereocilia membrane in cochlear hair cells is dynamically regulated by the mechanotransduction channel to impact the membrane mechanical properties. This work provides direct evidence that the opening and closing associated with the MET channel is regulating the membrane viscosity suggesting that the MET ...

Chromosome movement speeds during anaphase are regulated by depolymerization of microtubules. Several models describe chromosome movement during cell division but none of them consider post-translational modifications of tubulin, even though such ...

Nurr1 Orchestrates Claustrum Development and Functionality
Nurr1 (Nr4a2) is the master transcription factor to control claustrum morphogenesis and cell fate decision postmitotically by inhibiting intracellular G‐protein signaling. Nurr1 deficiency alters the transcriptomic profiles of subcortical claustral neurons into neocortical insular neurons, resulting in defected claustrum development, impaired axonal ...

Super‐resolution microscopy identifies nano‐sized tau aggregates (nano‐aggregates) and reveals distinct transitions in their morphology and phosphorylation profiles across control, Primary Age‐Related Tauopathy, and Alzheimer's disease brains. Morphology and hyperphosphorylation signatures distinguish physiological from pathological forms, with nano ...
