We present cryoBN‐PAGE, a method that enables blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of mitochondrial respiratory complexes and supercomplexes directly from whole yeast cells using cryogenic milling. This approach eliminates the need for mitochondrial isolation, reducing time and cost while preserving native protein complexes.

Microplastics in infant milk powder
Environmental Pollution, 2023Microplastics can be found almost everywhere and extensively expose to human. Infants are vulnerable, and the potential risks of microplastics may be greater for infants, however, infants' microplastic exposure is still poorly understood. Since milk powder makes up a significant portion of many infants' diets, we investigated microplastic pollution in ...

DRIED MILK POWDER: V. THE PHOTOLYSIS OF RIBOFLAVIN IN MILK POWDERS
Canadian Journal of Research, 1946Exposure of milk powders to sunlight resulted in a much greater destruction of riboflavin than did exposure to ultra-violet light in the range 3200 to 4200 Å. The rate of photolysis was greater for skim-milk powders than for whole milk powders. Increased intensities of visible light accelerated riboflavin destruction. In the spectral region of 4200 to

The determination of milk powder added to whole milk
Food / Nahrung, 1989AbstractThe objective was to determine the adulteration of fresh milk with reconstituted full fat milk powder. The ultra violet and visible spectra (700 to 240 nm) indicated two empirical parameters which are used to detect and quantify adulteration.

IRON FORTIFICATION OF MILK POWDER
Medical Journal of Australia, 1962The bioavailability of an iron-fortified full cream milk preparation was studied and found to be effective for supplementation of the diet with iron. It consequently could be of value in the prophylaxis against iron deficiency and serve as an additional source of dietary protein.
