The Milky Way Tomography with SDSS. V. Mapping the Dark Matter Halo
We present robust constraints from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) on the shape and distribution of the dark matter halo within the Milky Way (MW). Using the number density distribution and kinematics of SDSS halo stars, we probe the dark matter distribution to heliocentric distances exceeding 10 kpc and galactocentric distances exceeding 20 kpc ...

This study presents an injectable DNA‐based porous hydrogel integrating catechol motifs and targeting aptamers for pulpitis management. Upon in situ crosslinking, the scaffold actively recruits endogenous dental pulp stem cells, restores redox homeostasis, and modulates immune responses.

A dual‐function cell‐free therapeutic based on DC2.4 cell‐derived exosomes engineered to display BCMA. (Left) Soluble Ligand Sequestration (Decoy Function): DB Exo act as molecular decoys that predominantly sequester soluble APRIL with partial BAFF attenuation, effectively disrupting the NF‐κB survival signaling axis and suppressing myeloma cell ...

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

ΛCDM cosmology predicts the hierarchical formation of galaxies, which build up mass by merger events and accreting smaller systems. The stellar halo of the Milky Way (MW) has proven to be useful a tool for tracing this accretion history. However, most of

Xenogeneic Mitochondrial Transplantation Improves Selected Age‐Associated Phenotypes in Mice
Yak‐derived xenogeneic mitochondrial transplantation improves selected age‐associated phenotypes in mice, enhances mitochondrial functional readouts, and engages host mitochondrial quality‐control pathways. Broad tissue biodistribution, increased ATP production and mtDNA copy number, reduced ROS levels and dysfunctional mitochondria, improved motility ...
