In this cohort of 1206 patients, the LENT index offered the greatest discrimination, calibration, and overall accuracy in predicting 30‐day composite all‐cause mortality or readmission following hospitalization for heart failure.

A Delphi consensus project to capture experts' opinion on hyperkalaemia management across the cardiorenal spectrum

A steering committee of nephrologists and cardiologists developed 37 statements. An online questionnaire completed by 32 experts in cardiorenal management in Greece.
