Che-1/miR-590-3p/TAZ axis sustains multiple myeloma disease. [PDF]

open access: yesLeukemia
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a blood disease characterized by the malignant accumulation of monoclonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. Among the pathological consequences of the MM, defects in osteogenesis characterized by osteolytic lesions, osteopenia ...

The miR-590-3p/CFHR3/STAT3 signaling pathway promotes cell proliferation and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma. [PDF]

open access: yesAging (Albany NY), 2022
Accumulating evidence has indicated that Complement factor H-related 3 (CFHR3) plays an essential role in various diseases. However, the biological functions of CFHR3 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain largely unclear. Therefore, we perform a further study on CFHR3 in HCC.

Effect of LINC00657 on Apoptosis of Breast Cancer Cells by Regulating miR-590-3p. [PDF]

open access: yesCancer Manag Res, 2020
To investigate the effect of LINC00657 on breast carcinoma by regulating miR-590-3p.Ninety-seven cases with breast carcinoma who were admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People's Hospital were collected. The breast carcinoma (n=97) and tumor-adjacent tissues (n=97) of patients were collected during the operation with the permission of the patients.

Exosomal miR-590-3p derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts confers radioresistance in colorectal cancer. [PDF]

open access: yesMol Ther Nucleic Acids, 2021
Radiotherapeutic resistance is a major obstacle for the effective treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play a critical role in chemoresistance and radioresistance. Here, we aimed to investigate whether miR-590-3p participates in the radioresistance of CRC.

Functional role and epithelial to mesenchymal transition of the miR-590-3p/MDM2 axis in hepatocellular carcinoma. [PDF]

open access: yesBMC Cancer, 2023
Abstract Background There is considerable evidence that microRNAs (miRNAs) regulate several key tumor-associated genes/pathways and may themselves have a dual regulatory function either as tumor suppressors or oncogenic miRNA, depending on the tumor type. MicroRNA-590-3p (miR-590-3p) is a small non-coding RNA involved in

Circ_0124644 Serves as a ceRNA for miR-590-3p to Promote Hypoxia-Induced Cardiomyocytes Injury via Regulating SOX4. [PDF]

open access: yesFront Genet, 2021
Circular RNA (circRNA) is an important factor for regulating the progression of many cardiovascular diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (AMI). However, the role of circ_0124644 in AMI progression remains unclear. Hypoxia was used to induce cardiomyocytes injury.

NOL6, a new founding oncogene in human prostate cancer and targeted by miR-590-3p. [PDF]

open access: yesCytotechnology, 2020
We identified a new human prostate cancer oncogene, nucleolar protein 6 (NOL6), and screened for microRNAs that interfere with its expression in prostate cancer cells. A NOL6 shRNA plasmid was constructed and packaged into lentivirus to infect PC-3 cells. The ability of cell proliferation was evaluated by cell counting and colony formation.

MiR-590-3p affects the function of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) on the survival of skin flaps by targeting VEGFA. [PDF]

open access: yesRegen Ther, 2022
Partial necrosis of skin flaps is still a substantial problem in plastic and reconstructive surgery. In this study, the role of miR-590-3p in adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) transplantation in improving the survival of skin flap in a mouse model was delved into.An abdominal perforator flap model was established in mice.

Long non-coding RNA MALAT1 promotes cell proliferation, migration and invasion by targeting miR-590-3p in osteosarcoma. [PDF]

open access: yesExp Ther Med, 2022
Osteosarcoma (OS) is a common malignant bone cancer and commonly occurs in adolescents and children. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play major roles in cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. The present study aimed to investigate the potential molecular mechanism of lncRNA MALAT1 in OS.

LncRNA NEAT1 promotes apoptosis and inflammation in LPS-induced sepsis models by targeting miR-590-3p. [PDF]

open access: yesExp Ther Med, 2020
Sepsis is a complication of infection caused by disease or trauma. Increasing evidence have shown that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in the regulation of sepsis. However, the mechanism of lncRNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1 (NEAT1) in the regulation of sepsis progression remains to be elucidated. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used
