MicroRNA-615-3p decreases apo B expression in human liver cells
Plasma lipids are mainly carried in apolipoprotein B (apoB) containing lipoproteins. High levels of these lipoproteins are associated with several metabolic diseases and lowering their plasma levels is associated with reduced incidence of atherosclerotic

Direct ammonia proton ceramic fuel cell (NH3‐PCFC) typically underperforms at intermediate temperatures due to slow ammonia decomposition at the anode. By applying a Ru/CZ4 catalytic layer, this study enhances ammonia decomposition, with NH3‐PCFC power density at 650°C reaching 93.7% of H2‐fueled PCFC, offering valuable insights into optimizing fuel ...

Microbial metabolites in tumor epigenetic regulation
The gut microbiome modulates tumor epigenetic regulation through bioactive metabolites derived from dietary substrates. Microbiota‐produced SCFAs, secondary BAs, one‐carbon metabolites, and tryptophan‐derived ligands regulate histone acetylation, DNA methylation, and chromatin remodeling via HDAC, DNMT, AhR, and metabolic cofactor‐dependent pathways ...

In this study, we found that LGALS9 is highly expressed in gastric cancer and may affect the development of gastric cancer by participating in the infiltration of CD8+ T cells. Knockout of LGALS9 can reverse T cell function and relieve immunosuppression, and enhance the killing effect of T cells on gastric cancer cells.
