The current study was to investigate the effects of miR-630 in epithelial ovarian cancer.Thirty epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and thirty normal ovarian tissue samples were collected and were detected miR-630 expression level with qRT-PCR.

[目的]　研究乳腺癌相关miRNA在正常人群及乳腺癌患者血清中的表达情况，统计分析其在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。[方法] 收集47例乳腺癌及50例正常体检人群血清，通过实时荧光定量PCR（RT-PCR）检测各组miR-630、miR-21、miR-195、miR-134 、miR-200a、miR-381、miR-1228的表达情况。分析单个血清miRNA在乳腺癌诊断中的价值，进一步用统计学方法分析多个miRNA联合检测的诊断价值。[结果]相比正常体检人群，乳腺癌患者血清中miR134和miR21表达增加，

Electrically Reconfigurable Optical Initialization of Spin Valley Polarization in Monolayer WS2 Enabled by Switchable Dual‐Mode Liquid Crystal Lasers

This work presents an electrically controllable approach to spin–valley polarization in monolayer WS2 by integrating it with a dual‐mode liquid crystal laser. Applying an external field triggers phase transitions that switch the laser emission between helicity‐defined band‐edge lasing and unpolarized random lasing.

Cyclodextrin‐Functionalized Light‐Driven Cu2O Micromotors for Simultaneous Capture and Degradation of Bisphenol A

Fuel‐free Cu2O‐based micromotors functionalized with β‐cyclodextrin actively remove bisphenol A from water under visible light. The cyclodextrin shell captures BPA and enhances micromotor motility, leading to faster degradation and higher overall removal than nonfunctionalized Cu2O and Cu2O@Au.

A Pentaradial and Bilateral Combined Photoreception System in the Sea Cucumber is Mediated by a Blue Light‐Sensitive R‐Opsin

The sea cucumber Holothuria leucospilota detects blue and adjacent wavelengths of light via an r‐opsin with a maximum absorption at 459 nm. In the oral tentacles, papillae, and tube feet, distinct light‐sensing structures with specialized morphologies are formed, constituting a unique pentaradial and bilateral combined photoreception system.
