Sports‐related traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) remain underdiagnosed, within amateur athletic cohorts. This review critically synthesises recent advancements in AI‐assisted neuroimaging, blood‐based biomarker profiling, wearable biosensing platforms for early detection, injury stratification, and longitudinal surveillance of TBIs.

CCL5hi Macrophages Interact with CD8+ T Cells and Potentiate Responsiveness to PD‐1 Blockade Plus Chemotherapy in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This study has characterized a functionally distinct macrophage subset, termed CCL5hi macrophages, and elucidated the underlying mechanisms of a regulatory feedback loop that interconnects IFN‐γ, CCL5hi macrophages, and CD8+ T cells within the TME of ESCC undergoing immunochemotherapy.

XBP1s Mediates Cross‐resistance to Combination Treatment of CDK4/6 Inhibitors plus Endocrine Therapy in Breast Cancer

Elevated spliced form of X‐box–binding protein 1 (XBP1) correlates with unfavorable responses to endocrine therapy plus CDK4/6 inhibitors in HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer. XBP1s facilitates cell proliferation and G1/S transition by transcriptionally activating SND1, thereby activating the E2F1 pathway.

Obesity‐Associated TRIM15 Promotes the Proliferation of Esophageal Adenocarcinoma Through the YY2/FOXRED1 Axis

The study identifies TRIM15 as a key driver in the development of obesity‐associated esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC). Mechanistically, TRIM15 degrades YY2 through the proteasome pathway, suppressing FOXRED1 transcription and ultimately accelerating tumor proliferation.
