Unravelling the Genetic Mechanisms of Litter Traits in a Maternal Line of Pigs
ABSTRACT Reproductive traits related to litter size are the main indicators of reproductive efficiency in pig production and are continuously evaluated for the selection of maternal lines. Several environmental and genetic factors are involved with the development of these traits.

Role of the UHRF1–KLHL6–CORO2B axis in obesity‐related insulin resistance
In high‐fat diet (HFD)‐induced obese mice with insulin resistance, overexpression of UHRF1 may recruit DNMT1 to promote DNA methylation of KLHL6, leading to its downregulation. Subsequently, suppression of KLHL6 may decrease the ubiquitination of CORO2B, resulting in elevated CORO2B protein levels.

The Role of Oxidative Stress in Periodontitis
Oxidative stress is involved in multiple chemical reactions that take place in different intracellular organelles: mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes, autophagy, and aging, and can be influenced by exogenous factors: nutrition, physical activity, psychological status, environmental conditions, microbiome, and drugs.

Periodontal Medicine Rewired: Mechanisms Linking Periodontitis to Systemic Diseases
This review reorganizes decades of research in periodontal medicine into a multi‐dimensional framework, illustrating how periodontitis influences systemic health through at least seven interconnected mechanisms. ABSTRACT Periodontitis is now recognized not merely as a localized oral condition but as a systemic disease linked to over 70 communicable and
