Epidemiologic and phylogenetic studies for Bartonella henselae using MLVA
Dans le cadre de cette thèse, nous avons mis au point un outil de différenciation moléculaire performant, simple et transférable pour Bartonella henselae, basé sur la technique MLVA. 5 VNTR dits " principaux " ont été sélctionnés pour leur polymorphisme (BHVA- E). Ceci nous a permis d'évaluer la diversité des souches et/ou isolats de B. henselae.
