Significance of Modified Hodge Test in Carbapenemase Detection: A Brief Insight

Neonatal sepsis is one of the leading causes of neonatal deaths. A. baumannii-calcoaceticus is the most notorious bacterial agent. Carbapenems are the most important antibiotics and modified Hodge Test is considered as important phenotypic method for observing Carbapenemase production.

MIS12 Is Required for Kinetochore‐Microtubule Attachment in Oocyte Meiosis

A model depicting the role of MIS12 in K‐MT attachment during oocyte meiosis. The presence of MIS12 stabilizes bipolar K‐MT attachments by maintaining the function of NDC80 and its interaction with TUBB. This, in turn, promotes KNL1 assembly and subsequent SAC protein recruitment to kinetochores.

Dual Blockade of LILRB1 and LILRB2 Enhances Antiviral Immune Responses in SIV Infection

Dual LILRB1/B2 blockade with mac20G10 reshapes myeloid activation during acute SIV infection by targeting LILRB1 and LILRB2 on myeloid cells. This treatment enhances CD80 expression on selected myeloid subsets and increases plasma IFN‐λ, IL‐8, and IL‐1RA.
