Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Radicals, Metals and Magnetism [PDF]
The interaction between unpaired electrons governs many physical properties of materials. Although in a fundamental sense the interaction is simple, a full understanding of the interaction in molecular systems is complicated by the presence of other ...

The X(3872) and other possible $XYZ$ molecular states
We perform a coupled channel calculation of the $DD^*$ and $c\bar c$ sectors in the framework of a constituent quark model. The interaction for the $DD^*$ states is obtained using the Resonant Group Method (RGM) and the underlying quark interaction model.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Molecular interaction of fenvalarate with actin [PDF]
The structure of α-Cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyrate (Fenvalarate) has been established by X-ray crystallography to understand the structure-activity relationship, which is of paramount importance in the toxicological studies of the compound. Fenvalarate is stabilized by intermolecular C-H…O, C-H…Cl, C-H…π and C-H…N interactions

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.
