AbstractBy means of immunohistologic techniques IgG, IgM, and to a lesser degree, IgA were found in the inter‐crystalline matrix of gouty tophi. Smaller amounts of IgG and IgM were inconstantly found in association with tissue deposits of calcium pyrophosphate.
