Kronik miyeloproliferatif neoplazmlarda MPL W515l/K mutasyonları

open access: yes, 2013
İstanbul Bilim Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi. The MPL gene encodes the thrombopoietin receptor. Recently MPL mutations (MPL W515L or MPL W515K) were described in patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET) and primary (idiopathic) myelofibrosis (PMF).

Assessing the Sensitivity and the Clinical Impact of the 2023 American College of Rheumatology/EULAR Classification Criteria in Obstetric Antiphospholid Syndrome: Findings From a Multicenter Italian Cohort With a Long‐Term Follow‐Up

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of the 2023 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/EULAR classification criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in a real‐world cohort of women diagnosed with primary obstetric APS (oAPS) and to assess their ability to identify patients at risk of future pregnancy complications ...

The Thrombopoietin Receptor, MPL, Is a Therapeutic Target of Opportunity in the MPN

open access: yesFrontiers in Oncology, 2021
The myeloproliferative neoplasms, polycythemia vera, essential thrombocytosis and primary myelofibrosis share driver mutations that either activate the thrombopoietin receptor, MPL, or indirectly activate it through mutations in the gene for JAK2, its ...

CO2‐to‐CO Conversion in a Gas‐Fed, Zero‐Gap, PEM Electrolyzer Enabled by Polycations and Nitrogen‐Doped Carbon‐Supported Cobalt Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A gas‐fed, zero‐gap, PEM CO2 electrolyzer is realized by incorporating PDDA+ ions onto the carbonaceous Co/N‐C electrocatalyst, with gaseous H2 and CO2 fed into the anode and cathode, respectively. Operating without an aqueous electrolyte, the system sustains a peak FECO of 65.1% at 100 mA cm−2. ABSTRACT Electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction (ECO2R)

Current‐Induced Domain Wall Dynamics in Pt/Co/Ni/Co Nanoribbons With Curvilinear Cross‐Sections

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
3D curvilinear magnetic racetrack nanoribbons are formed with concave and convex cross‐sections using an advanced multi‐photon 3D printer. The curvature is shown to strongly affect current‐induced domain wall motion along the nanoribbons. In nanoribbons with cross‐sections that have both concave and convex segments, the velocities of domain walls with ...

Comparison of crystal structures of full-length PaMpl and truncated NmMpl.

open access: yes, 2013
The crystal structure of truncated NmMpl (grey, ND and MD only, PDB id 3eag) is similar to PaMpl (blue) and can be superimposed with an r.m.s.d. of 2.2 Å over 311 Cα atoms with a sequence identity of 57%.
