The Aging Blood: Cellular Origins, Circulating Drivers, and Therapeutic Potential

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
As a conduit linking all organs, the blood system both reflects and actively drives systemic aging. This review highlights how circulating pro‐aging and antiaging factors and age‐associated hematopoietic stem cell dysfunction contribute to immunosenescence and multi‐organ decline, positioning the hematopoietic system as a target for aging intervention.

Communication topology reconstruction method for multi-agent cooperative control in polymorphic networks

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2022
As the task objectives and working environment become more and more complex and changeable, considering the limitations of the cooperative control of a single multi-agent system under the unilateralism communication network, a communication topology ...

SNUPN‐Related Muscular Dystrophy: Novel Phenotypic, Pathological and Functional Protein Insights

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective SNUPN‐related muscular dystrophy or LGMDR29 is a new entity that covers from a congenital or childhood onset pure muscular dystrophy to more complex phenotypes combining neurodevelopmental features, cataracts, or spinocerebellar ataxia. So far, 12 different variants have been described.

Multi Agent Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal For Multidisciplinary Research
The dominant paradigm of the modern internet, built on graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and discrete web applications, forces users into a fragmented and manual process of interaction, fundamentally limiting the complexity of tasks that can be automated.

Development of a Prediction Model for Progression Risk in High‐Grade Gliomas Based on Habitat Radiomics and Pathomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the value of constructing models based on habitat radiomics and pathomics for predicting the risk of progression in high‐grade gliomas. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) images and pathological sections from 72 patients diagnosed with high‐grade gliomas (52 ...

Unraveling the Molecular Mechanisms of Glioma Recurrence: A Study Integrating Single‐Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Glioma recurrence severely impacts patient prognosis, with current treatments showing limited efficacy. Traditional methods struggle to analyze recurrence mechanisms due to challenges in assessing tumor heterogeneity, spatial dynamics, and gene networks.

Teams in Multi-Agent Systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Multi-agent systems involve agents interacting with each other and the environment and working to achieve individual and group goals. The achievement of group goals requires that agents work together within teams. In this paper we first introduce three philosophical approaches that result from different answers to two key questions.
