Genomic and Phenotypic Classification of Staphylococcus Species Isolated From Delhi Air

open access: yesEnvironmental Microbiology Reports, Volume 18, Issue 5, October 2026.
Multiple Staphylococcus spp. were isolated from the outdoor polluted air of the Indian Capital, New Delhi. The bacterial samples were collected from 6 different locations, and the whole genome of four Staphylococcus isolates was sequenced in their entirety. This study presents the comparative genomic analysis of these four isolates.

From Real World Data to Real Impact: A Co‐Medication Framework for Lung Cancer to Advance DDI Assessment and Patient‐Centric Drug Development

open access: yesClinical and Translational Science, Volume 19, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Lung cancer predominantly affects older adults who already experience comorbidities and are at increased risk of drug–drug interactions (DDIs) due to polypharmacy. Traditional DDI assessments often do not fully capture complex co‐medication patterns observed in real‐world practice due to the risk of introducing confounding factors.

Phylogenetic and Structural Analysis of Miconazole Susceptibility in Malassezia pachydermatis Isolates From Dogs With Otitis Externa

open access: yesVeterinary Dermatology, Volume 37, Issue 5, Page 620-629, October 2026.
Background: An increased number of dogs with unresolved yeast otitis externa (OE) after miconazole treatment was observed at a tertiary practice. Hypothesis/Objectives: To evaluate miconazole susceptibility in Malassezia pachydermatis isolates from canine OE.
