ABSTRACT The role of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell‐derived extracellular vesicles (hUCMSC‐EVs) in liver regeneration is promising, yet their clinical translation is hampered by insufficient production. Current strategies targeting their secretion are inefficient and lack a clear mechanistic understanding.

Liver Fibrosis: Molecular Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Interventions
We systematically summarized the etiologies, diagnostic approaches, and pathogenic mechanisms of liver fibrosis. Also, the therapeutic interventions for liver fibrosis were systematically classified into two main categories: etiological treatment and mechanism‐based antifibrotic therapies.

Chronic Pain: Epidemiology, Pathophysiology, and Clinical Management
The multidimensional nature of chronic pain is illustrated through four interconnected domains. (Left) Epidemiology and Global Burden: Chronic pain affects approximately one in five individuals globally, contributing to a rising trend in disability‐adjusted life years (YLDs) and a significant socioeconomic impact.

Alzheimer’s disease: where do we stand now and what are the strategic interventions?
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a multifactorial neurodegenerative disease, the primary cause of dementia in people over 65 years old. AD is characterized by two molecular hallmarks, the intracellular neurofibrillary tangles of tau and amyloid beta oligomers,
