This article presents a multi‐analyte liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry method involving the separation of THC isomers in addition to other commonly encountered drugs and metabolites.

Bioisosteric analogs of MDMA: Improving the pharmacological profile?
This study explores three new bioisosteric replacements of the methylenedioxy group of MDMA, resulting in ODMA, TDMA, and SeDMA. Compared to MDMA, these bioisosteres have shown an alternative hepatic metabolism, with different resulting metabolites and an improved metabolic stability for TDMA.

Black phosphorus microbubbles (BP@MBs) combined with focused ultrasound to open the blood‐brain barrier for treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) is constructed. BP@MBs have antioxidant effects, reduce neuronal apoptosis and improve motor symptoms of PD in vitro and in vivo.
