NanoNet: Rapid and accurate end-to-end nanobody modeling by deep learning
Antibodies are a rapidly growing class of therapeutics. Recently, single domain camelid VHH antibodies, and their recognition nanobody domain (Nb) appeared as a cost-effective highly stable alternative to full-length antibodies.

Generation of glycan-specific nanobodies
The development of antibodies that target specific glycan structures on cancer cells or human pathogens poses a significant challenge due to the immense complexity of naturally occurring glycans. Automated glycan assembly enables the production of structurally homogeneous glycans in amounts that are difficult to derive from natural sources. Nanobodies (

Synthetic gene circuits regulated by bezafibrate are developed to express tumor antigens and PD‐L1 nanobody (PD‐L1nb), enhancing cancer immunotherapy. Delivered via HEK293T cells, ESCs, or directly injected the plasmids containing the circuit into the tumor, the circuits reduce tumor growth, boost CD8+ T cells, and minimize T cell exhaustion.
