Immune cell landscapes are associated with high-grade serous ovarian cancer survival
High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is an aggressive disease known to develop resistance to chemotherapy. We investigated the prognostic significance of tumor cell states and potential mechanisms underlying chemotherapy resistance in HGSOC ...

A multi‐epitope digital surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy framework enables epitope‐resolved immunoprofiling by integrating bispecific antibody fragments with spectrally encoded nanotags. This approach decouples binding events into independent digital channels, allowing structure‐aware antigen analysis.

Preparative purification of T2/nanobody complexes.
Purified T2 channel was incubated with an excess of nanobody (e.g. nanobody 18) prior to preparative gel filtration. Fractions containing channel protein and the nanobody were combined and used for crystallization studies.

A brain‐targeted nanoparticle enables delivery of a therapeutic nanobody (Nb.29E9) that inhibits pathogenic GSK3β signaling. This intervention restores AMPK/mTORC1/TGFβ homeostasis, attenuates neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, and promotes long‐term functional recovery after ischemic stroke.

We introduced genetically encodable, receptor‐independent nanobody‐CPP chimeras, termed endobodies, as robust and modular membrane protein degraders. Additionally, proteasome‐targeting domain (PTD)‐tethered endobody demonstrates further enhanced degradation potency.

Nanomaterials offer dual applications in allergy management. For diagnosis, nanomaterials enhance analytical sensitivity and improve detection in specific IgE and functional assays such as the basophil activation test (BAT). For allergen‐specific immunotherapy, nanomaterials enable allergen masking and controlled release, and effectively modulate the ...
