Schematic representation of ultrasound‐mediated ICG/siCD24@MSN‐LCD from nanostructure to synergistic sono‐gene therapy. This nanoplatform targets ASGPR via the LCD shell, which dissociates to release loaded ICG and siCD24. The core mechanism involves ultrasound‐guided sonodynamic therapy by ICG and CD24 knockdown by siCD24, both activating the p53 axis

Nanocarrier-mediated cell-cell binding in vitro.
A. Schematic illustration of the design of nanocarriers with a representative image of the desired biological readout. “Mono-arm” (Ac-G5-dendrimer-sE-sel, Left) and “double-arm” (Ac-G5-dendrimer-sE-sel/VEGF, Right) for EPC coating. B.

Morphological anisotropy directs the in vivo transport under physiological flow and clearance of silica nanocarriers. Increasing anisotropy reduces cellular uptake, suppresses hepatic and splenic sequestration, and prolongs systemic circulation by steering particles toward the central flow core.

Targeted systemic delivery of nanocarrier-coated MSC to wound tissues.
A. In vivo IVIS imaging shows an increased Ac-G5-dendrimer-sE-sel nanocarrier-coated Luc2+-MSC homed to wound tissues compared to either uncoated Luc2+-MSC or Ac-G5-BSA-coated Luc2+-MSC at various time points. B.

A PROTAC‐functionalized protein/DNA‐integrated nanoantigen platform is developed to enhance dendritic cell vaccine potency. By combining a VHL‐recruiting peptide‐modified antigen with a sustained expression plasmid within CaCO3 nanoparticles, this system amplifies cross‐presentation, promotes DC maturation, and elicits robust Th1 and CTL responses ...

Self‑amplifying PCSK9–LOX‑1 feedback axis drives atherosclerotic progression by promoting oxLDL generation and endothelial uptake. A dual‑targeting nanoplatform (siPCSK9@PEAL NPs‑aL) is constructed to simultaneously silence hepatic PCSK9 for lipid lowering and block plaque LOX‑1 for anti‑inflammation.
