Lentiviral vector purification using QA CIM monolith anion‐exchange chromatography was optimized via 96‐well and DOE, increasing recovery from 20% to 90%. The process achieved 3.3‐log host cell protein reduction, decreased particle impurities, and showed high binding capacity, supporting large‐scale manufacturing.

Intracellular overexpression of HIV-1 Nef impairs differentiation and maturation of monocytic precursors towards dendritic cells. [PDF]
Nef functions as an immunosuppressive factor critical for HIV-1 replication, survival and development of AIDS following HIV-1 infection. What effects Nef exerts on differentiation and maturation of monocytes towards dendritic cells (DCs) remains greatly ...

Rack1 Binds HIV-1 Nef and Can Act as a Nef–Protein Kinase C Adaptor [PDF]
Nef proteins of primate immunodeficiency viruses exert pleiotropic effects, such as enhanced endocytosis of CD4 and MHC-I cell surface molecules, perturbation of signal transduction cascades, and virion infectivity enhancement.

Abstract This paper examines the link between climate risk, energy consumption, and financial market performance in a sample of emerging countries over the period 2000–2024. The objective is to model the dynamic interactions between these three dimensions, in order to understand the extent to which energy dependence and exposure to climate risks ...

HIV-1 Nef is released in extracellular vesicles derived from astrocytes: Evidence for Nef-mediated neurotoxicity [PDF]
© The Author(s) 2017. Human immunodeficiency virus-Associated neurological disorders (HANDs) affect the majority of AIDS patients and are a significant problem among HIV-1-infected individuals who live longer because of combined anti-retroviral therapies.

ABSTRACT The lack of a common variable for comparison has been a major obstacle to the development of Comparative Public Administration (CPA). State autonomy enables an integrative contextualization approach, allowing both the analysis of contextual individual country experiences and the generation of generalized comparable knowledge.

HIV-1 Nef Stabilizes the Association of Adaptor Protein Complexes with Membranes
The maximal virulence of HIV-1 requires Nef, a virally encoded peripheral membrane protein. Nef binds to the adaptor protein (AP) complexes of coated vesicles, inducing an expansion of the endosomal compartment and altering the surface expression of ...

Oxaziridines: Versatile Reagents in Modern Organic Synthesis
Being capable of transferring an O atom and N‐group/atom, oxaziridines are considered multitasking agents. These are employed for diverse organic transformations, such as epoxidation of olefins, α‐ and γ‐hydroxylation/amination of carbonyl compounds, oxidation of sulfides, [3+2]cycloaddition with unsaturated systems.
