An asymmetric non‐fullerene acceptor BTP‐FT is developed by extending the end group of Y6‐BO with thiophene. The conformation of the molecule is determined by the noncovalent F···S interaction as demonstrated by 2D NMR and simulations. An efficiency of 18.39% is achieved in the resulting ternary solar cells processed from toluene.

Cell Type-Specific Roles of NF-κB Linking Inflammation and Thrombosis
The transcription factor NF-κB is a central mediator of inflammation with multiple links to thrombotic processes. In this review, we focus on the role of NF-κB signaling in cell types within the vasculature and the circulation that are involved in ...

The temporary transition of macrophages from a pro‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M1) to an anti‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M2) is crucial for tissue repair and regeneration processes. Bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) are utilized as a “trojan horse” for specific M1 macrophage‐targeting and anti‐inflammatory drug delivery ...

Background Most DNA-damaging chemotherapeutic agents activate the transcription factor nuclear factor κB (NF-κB). However, NF-κB activation can either protect from or contribute to the growth suppressive effects of the agent.

Glucocorticoids Alter Bone Microvascular Barrier via MAPK/Connexin43 Mechanisms
Osteoporosis induced by Glucocorticoids (GCs) is a common complication of long‐term GC use in patients with inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, often leading to an increased fracture risk. A 3D bicellular endo‐osteo microfluidic platform is developed to explore pathogenic mechanisms underlying GCs‐induced osteoporosis, highlighting a novel MAPK ...

The impact of astrocytic NF-κB on healthy and Alzheimer’s disease brains
Astrocytes play a role in healthy cognitive function and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The transcriptional factor nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) drives astrocyte diversity, but the mechanisms are not fully understood.

A) SLM generates biomimetic bone scaffolds with consistent porosity but varying TPMS‐Gyroid unit cell designs (TG15, TG20, TG25, TG30). B) By enhancing the expression of ITGB1, TPMS‐Gyroid scaffolds can facilitate osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs and promote M2 polarization in macrophages.
