MPXV infection leads to persistent viral replication and severe local inflammation, while existing treatments cannot simultaneously remove viruses and repair injured tissue. This study constructs Polymer@mPDA@Gel hydrogel via a two‐step hierarchical assembly method: mPDA anchors photothermal polymers to form antiviral photothermal subunits, which are ...

Abstract Esophageal cancer is known to one of the most aggressive malignant tumors, however, the effect of conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy is insufficiently. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are thought to play an essential role in cancer invasion, migration, metastasis, immunosuppression, and resistance to anticancer ...

A nanomodulator called L‐Arginine/lificiguat@Copper‐hollow Prussian blue@Calcium phosphate nanoparticles is constructed to launch a self‐amplifying “avalanche effect” in tumor cells. The ensuing cascade, triggered by the acidic tumor microenvironment and near‐infrared light, induces calcium overload, generates a reactive oxygen species and reactive ...

An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.
