Low‐Voltage and Stretchable Organic Field Effect Transistor Array Based on Tri‐Layer Elastomer Dielectric for Gas Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The transistor based on tri‐layer dielectric operated at a low voltage of −5 V, with mobility of 2.01 cm2V−1s−1 and switching current ratio up to 105, enabling its application as a NO₂ gas sensor. Abstract Stretchable organic field‐effect transistors (OFETs) based gas sensors have attracted significant attention due to their inherent merits such as ...

Fe‐N‐C in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells: Impact of Ionomer Loading on Degradation and Stability

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The impact of the ionomer to catalyst ratio for atomic Fe in N‐doped C (Fe‐N‐C) degradation in proton exchange membrane fuel cells is elucidated by advanced electrochemical techniques. Kinetic degradation dominants, with the reduction in turnover frequency of FeNx active sites initially suppressed with increasing ionomer loading.

Toward Higher Energy Density All‐Solid‐State Batteries by Production of Freestanding Thin Solid Sulfidic Electrolyte Membranes in a Roll‐to‐Roll Process

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The scalable production of a thin, but mechanically stable, and still flexible argyrodite solid electrolyte membrane is presented. It is fabricated and laminated onto a supporting non‐woven fabric in a concerted step using a continuous, industrially relevant, solvent‐free, roll‐to‐roll process. With this approach, a promising energy density of 670 Wh L−

The degradation of L-lysine in guinea pig liver homogenate: formation of alpha-aminoadipic acid [PDF]

open access: yes, 1948
A summary of the little that is known of the metabolism of lysine in animals is as follows: it is indispensable in the diet, its α-amino group does not participate in reversible transamination reaction in vivo (2), neither the L nor D form is attacked by
