To clarify the immune response of yellowtail Seriola quinqueradiata which was immunized with attenuated live and fbrmalin killed Nocardia kampachi, changes in composition of peripheral and peritoneal leucocytes of yellowtail were examined after intra-peritoneal insertion of a capsule filled with the bacteria.
