Collagenous gastritis in pediatric patients with severe follicular pangastritis and iron deficiency anemia

open access: yesJPGN Reports, EarlyView.
Abstract Collagenous gastritis is a rare disorder characterized by subepithelial collagen deposition in the gastric mucosa and is frequently associated with iron deficiency anemia. We report two girls aged 8 and 16 years with persistent iron deficiency anemia, abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation.

Nail Psoriasis in Pediatric Populations

open access: yesJEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric nail psoriasis is an under‐recognized yet clinically important manifestation of psoriasis with both diagnostic and prognostic implications. Nail involvement in children is associated with greater overall disease severity, poorer treatment outcomes, and is a predictor for the development of psoriatic arthritis.

TRIM Expression and Its Association With Disease Activity in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

open access: yesThe Kaohsiung Journal of Medical Sciences, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease with diverse manifestations, including rash, arthritis, and nephritis. Although autoantibodies are a key feature of SLE, their levels often poorly reflect disease severity, suggesting the involvement of additional contributing factors.
