Prodromal non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease [PDF]
The motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD), bradykinesia, muscular rigidity, and tremor depend upon degeneration of the dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta.
