Aberrant glycosylation in the glioblastoma tumor microenvironment drives therapeutic resistance. Here, a 3D bioprinted model was engineered by incorporating α‐NeuNAc‐(2→3)‐β‐D‐Gal‐ and chondroitin sulfate. Combined multiplex immunofluorescence and synchrotron‐based nanoCT analysis revealed that glycan‐matrix interactions dictate specific drug‐escape ...

Carbon dots‐supported single‐atom catalysts provide a model platform for uncovering how coordination interactions regulate catalytic reactivity. Thiol binding at Ru‒N4 centers reshapes the reaction energy landscape of H2O2 activation, dynamically modulating ROS‐generation pathways through electronic‐structure perturbation.

Tailoring Light Management in All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells: The Impact of Nanotextures
To further improve the power conversion efficiency of all‐perovskite tandem solar cells, light management strategies need to be implemented. Front‐sided nanotextures reduce reflection losses, which boosts light absorption, thus increasing the tandem JSC, which is further supported by reducing parasitic absorption.

Macrophage and epithelioid cell nuclear morphology in leprosy
Pathology Research and Practice, 1992The spectrum of disease in leprosy is characterised by the presence of macrophages in lepromatous lesions and epithelioid cells in tuberculoid granulomas. Since changes in nuclear shape occur during macrophage activation, we have measured nuclear morphology by planimetry in biopsies across the leprosy spectrum.

Nuclear Morphology of Human Spermatozoa
Nature, 1960THIS communication concerns observations on dried, unstained smears of human spermatozoa in phase contrast. These were made in an attempt to gain more insight into the basis for the known differential in conception and birth sex ratios.

Nuclear morphology during the S phase
Microscopy Research and Technique, 1998In order to evaluate at the ultrastructural level the chromatin arrangement during the S phase of the cell cycle, the detection of Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) by immunogold has been performed in synchronized 3T3 fibroblasts, regenerating liver, and Friend Leukemia Cells (FLC).

Freeze-fracture morphology of nuclear pockets
Virchows Archiv B Cell Pathology Including Molecular Pathology, 1991Nuclear pockets (NP) are found in numerous human tumours and in certain non-neoplastic cells. This study concerns the structure of NP in cells from two malignant rhabdoid tumours, one embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, two centroblastic/centrocytic lymphomas, one centrocytic lymphoma and one Ki-1 lymphoma, as well as in normal neutrophils.

The composition and morphology of yeast nuclear scaffolds
Journal of Cell Science, 1990ABSTRACT The yeast nuclear scaffold has been shown to bind with high affinity to genomic sequences that permit autonomous DNA replication of plasmids (ARS elements). We describe here conditions for the isolation of a histone-free nuclear substructure, the nuclear scaffold, from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. We examine the protein composition
