Obtaiment of Pudu (Pudu pudu) deer Embryos by the Somatic Nuclear Transfer Technique [PDF]

open access: goldInternational Journal of Morphology, 2006

Nuclear transfer technique affects mRNA abundance, developmental competence and cell fate of the reconstituted sheep oocytes [PDF]

open access: bronzeREPRODUCTION, 2013
The effect of technical steps of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) on different aspects of cloned embryo development was investigated in sheep. In vitro-matured oocytes were enucleated in the presence or absence of zona and reconstituted by three different SCNT techniques: conventional zona-intact (ZI-NT), standard zona-free (ZF-NT) and ...

Development of chimaeras produced from highly asynchronous mouse embryos using nuclear transfer technique.

open access: bronzeThe Japanese journal of animal reproduction, 1989

2009–2022 Thailand public perception analysis of nuclear energy on social media using deep transfer learning technique

open access: diamondNuclear Engineering and Technology, 2023
Due to Thailand's nuclear energy public acceptance problem, the understanding of nuclear energy public perception was the key factor affecting to re-consideration of the nuclear energy program. Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology and its alliances together developed the classification model for the nuclear energy public perception from the big ...

Interspecies Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer Technique for Researching Dog Cloning and Embryonic Stem Cells [PDF]

open access: goldAsian-Australasian Journal of Animal Sciences, 2010
Large quantities of high-quality recipient oocytes with uniform cytoplasm are needed for research in the promising field of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) and embryonic stem cell research. In canines, however, it is difficult to obtain large quantities of oocytes because each donor produces a limited number of mature oocytes in vivo.

Production of hGCSF and GFP Co-Expressed Transgenic Cow Embryo by Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer Technique

open access: goldJournal of Animal Reproduction and Biotechnology, 2015
The purpose of this study is to develop transgenic cell line expressing targeted human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (hGCSF) and green fluorescence protein (GFP) genes as well as production of Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT) embryos derived from co-expressed transgenic donor cells.

Dynamic Nuclear Polarization and Other Magnetic Ideas at EPFL

open access: yesCHIMIA, 2012
Although nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) can provide a wealth of information, it often suffers from a lack of sensitivity. Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) provides a way to increase the polarization and hence the signal intensities in NMR ...

Advances in equine cloning by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technique in horses: a review [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Bioassays, 2016
Cloning a horse means using the genetic material (DNA) from a donor horse to produce a genetically identical foal. This technique involves collecting the DNA from the donor and inserting that DNA into an egg from another mare whose, DNA content has been removed, fusing donor nucleus with enucleated recipient oocytes, which then develops as an embryo ...
