Error estimation for quadrature formulas based on equally spaced nodes
The error estimation for quadrature formulas based on equally spaced nodes is discussed in this paper. The error estimates use embedded formulas and they are obtained for Newton‐Cotes and Hermitian quadrature formulas.

Numerically Computing QCD Laplace Sum-Rules Using pySecDec
pySecDec is a program that numerically calculates dimensionally regularized integrals. We use pySecDec to compute QCD Laplace sum-rules for pseudoscalar (i.e., $J^{PC}=0^{-+}$) charmonium hybrids, and compare the results to sum-rules computed using ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
