Redox pathways of Ru(OEP)(Ph)2 and Ru(OEP)(Ph)(OEP = octaethylporphyrin dianion)

Journal of the Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, 1989
Electrochemical, chemical, and spectroscopic methods reveal the redox and coupled reaction pathways of the organometallic porphyrin complex Ru(OEP)(Ph)2(OEP = octaethylporphyrin dianion)(1) and the corresponding monophenyl complex (2), an intermediate in the redox reactions of (1).

Synthesis, characterization, and reactivity with dioxygen, of Ru(OEP)(DPS)₂ and Ru(OEP)(DecMS)₂ [OEP= dianion of octaethylporphyrin; DPS= diphenylsulphide; DecMS= decylmethylsulphide]

2010
The complexes Ru(OEP)(DPS)₂ (1) and Ru(OEP)(DecHS)₂ (2) were prepared in vacuo on a 100-mg scale by treatment of the dimeric species [Ru(OEP)]₂ (3) with a CH₂CI₂ solution containing a slight excess of the appropriate thioether [OEP= dianion of octaethylporphyrin; DPS= diphenylsulphide; DecMS= decylmethylsulphide].

Electrochemistry of (octaethylporphinato)cobalt(II), (OEP)Co, under a carbon monoxide atmosphere. Electrogeneration and characterization of [(OEP)CoIII(CO)]+

Inorganic Chemistry, 1991
The investigated complex was [(TPP)Co(CO)] + (where TPP=the dianion of tetraphenylporphyrin), which was electrogenerated from (TPP) Co by cyclic voltammetry in CH 2 Cl 2 containing 0.1 M tetra-n-butylammonion perchlorate (TBAP) under a CO atmosphere and characterized by thin-layer ...

Immunological studies on the original endotoxin protein (OEP) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Adjuvant effect of OEP in vivo.

The Japanese journal of experimental medicine, 1976
OEP--Original Endotoxin Protein--is a protein moiety of endotoxin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. An adjuvant action of OEP was investigated in mice immunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC). Several features characteristic of the adjuvant action of OEP have been revealed; OEP shows no effect on simultaneous treatment with the antigen, and is most ...

Generation of FeIIIOEP-hydrogen peroxide complex (OEP = octaethylporphyrinato) by reduction of FeIIOEP–O2with ascorbic acid sodium salt

J. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun., 1990
ESR and optical absorption spectra have been recorded for a frozen dimethylformamide (DMF) solution of the complex FeIIIOEP(-OH)(-OOH)(OEP = octaethylporphyrinato) prepared by mixing FeIIOEP(pyridine)–O2 with ascorbic acid sodium salt.

Assessment of OEP health's risk in nuclear medicine

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2012
The use of ionizing radiation has been increased in recent years within medical applications. Nuclear Medicine Department offers both treatment and diagnosis of diseases using radioisotopes to controlled doses. Despite the great benefits to the patient, there is an inherent risk to workers which remains in contact with radiation sources for long ...
